I bought this item from this site in the past and loved it. I ordered another one, and to my surprise itts not the same as pictured. The top horizontal piece that the beads hang down from is dark brown and unfinished! The way it is pictured with the matching wood is much more attractive. They must be getting them from a different supplier. Buyer beware.

The bamboo curtain is lovely, easy to hang & a great solution for a closet in a place where a door would be awkward & ugly. They look great against dark paint

This curtain was purchased to replace the one I had. The craftsmanship is flawless and the curtain is beautiful.

I purchased 5 of these beaded curtains because I didn't want to put tri-fold doors on the closets I have in my new bedroom..too boring! I like the look it gives off when the lights are on in the closets, however I was not too happy with the fact that the top bar that holds the beads were bowed on 2 of them and 1 of them had a good size chunk of wood missing on the top of the rail. My son-in-law helped me with a cheap fix by screwing them directly into the frame of the closets, instead of hanging them from hooks, otherwise they would have been hanging crooked. I think they should do a better job in their QC department, if they do indeed have one. They also had some beads with no paint on them, so I had to touch them up with a black paint stick..I didn't bother to return them because of the hassle of packaging them back up for shipment. For the price I paid for these ($200), I expected better quality. They look fine but hope they hold up. I have no young children to wreck these, so they should do OK.

Went up in less than 5 minutes with two cup hooks I already had. Closes off the laundry room while still giving Kitty easy access to his litter tray

Have purchased a couple three bamboo door curtains from Wild Things... all perfect. This extra coverage was exactly what I wanted & needed... use it in place of a bathroom door in a very small one bedroom apartment. It affords adequate privacy yet still allows light & acts as an aesthetically pleasing functional room divider. An added plus is that the sound is even softer & more of a whisper than the previous bamboo door curtains from Wild Things. How sweet it is!

I LOVE this curtain. I have always wanted and fact that I was able to find one that fit my asthetic for a brilliant price was a major win for me. The curtain provides just enough coverage and once hung fell at the perfect height. Highly recommend this.

I got this curtain to create a visual division between my kitchen and living room. It works perfectly for that purpose with the density of the strands. It is very natural feeling with the blond wood beads that have a smooth and satiny finish. Very happy with these!

I like the color and way these are made. I thought the beads would be a little larger but looking at a picture is never like the actual product. I am happy with my purchase. I hang these on my patio as to simulate a door opening between two metal design dividers. They look great.

Bamboo curtain, Natural - came on time and as described. plenty of beads and strands, fills in the doorway beautifully, I tie them back with strips of leather!

I love the look of this beaded curtain. I bought it to keep a pet bird from flying through an open door and it meets that need perfectly. I just wish that it had been shipped with everything I needed. I had purchased another pair of bamboo curtains that came complete so I was expecting the same.

I recently renovated my bathroom which had a door to the wet room section. I could not fit a barn door in there so I thought "Maybe a bead door?". I googled bead doors and found shopwildthings to see a selection of beads. I emailed a representative for questions about the products and she also was very fast responding and helpful with my choices. I chose the dark brown beads and it took less than a week to get here. I am more than happy with the results of my bathroom renovation. My Facebook friends are now asking where I bought the beads and think the bead door looks really good with my bathroom. I am saving up to get another of these bead curtains I just love them, and my home has no door, in lounge / hallway also no door in Kichen / hallway, they are acting as a door, and to a good degree they hold in a good bit of warmth, I'm just looking forward to getting the other curtain for the other doorway. extremely well worth the money.

I just love my door beads they look great in my door way to my kitchen. I purchased two because of the Walk way is Wilder through the kitchen and I top it off with a top curtains to give it a nice touch of class.

This lovely wooden beaded curtain is durable and easy to install. It solved a Feng Shui issue of a long hallway with a window at the end which allowed all of the energy in the apartment to flow out the window. it now offers a screen to slow down the flow and partially closes off the kitchen from the rest of the apartment while still allowing light and a visual connection. It feels cozy and I love it!

Like curtain very much. Great separation between kitchen and laundry room. Well made / nice sheen that reflects light. Strung with string - not wire like the more natural bamboo curtain that I bought previously. The old one broke off strands all the time and had tiny wires sticking out that were dangerous to the eyes of anyone who passed through them.

I am sick of the same old standard cloth curtains. These beaded beauties are just what I needed. U will never want a regular curtain again. They are beautiful alone or for extra privacy, like I wanted , put a sheer under them on a tension rod and you have a beautiful elegant look along with privacy.

It takes some time to learn to come in and out, especially with something in your hands. Beautiful when the wind blows it. We're hoping fewer mosquitos will get in but time will tell. The curtain is attractive in its place in our Florida room. The curtains seem well made.

The order came faster than I expected it. I bought it to hang in a new apt that I'll be getting soon so I have not actually hung it up yet;however, I did take it out the box to inspect. I love it! Beads are beautiful and pretty much uniform in color (I saw maybe 2 or 3 beads out of the whole curtain that were a darker Brown but it's really not noticeable out of a whole curtain full of beads...unless you went searching for them). All the strings/strands seemed to be even. I saw maybe 1 or 2 chipped beads. Like I said before, really not noticeable when looking at the curtain overall. I really love it. I cannot wait to hang it up. And I think the price is good. The only bad thing I have to say is how it came out of the box. I thought it was supposed to come tied...because I thought I read somewhere on the website to hang up before you took off the ties so it wouldn't tangle. But when I pulled it out of the box, the whole curtain was loose, nothing tied , so to store it until I'm ready to use it , I actually had to lay it out on the bed, and put ties every few feet down each side of the curtain to prevent it getting knotted. I would upload a picture but the photo doesn't do it justice. Makes it look more like thick string in the photo when they are clearly beads.
